Why We (Neabsco Baptist Church) Host Vacation Bible School (VBS)
The primary purpose of VBS is to provide an opportunity for God's people to learn about God and the Bible in a fun and interactive environment.
VBS can be a great way to reach out to the community and invite families to be a part of the church. It can be a way to introduce children and their families to the teachings of Jesus in a non-threatening and enjoyable way.
VBS can also be an opportunity for children who are already part of the church to grow in their faith and deepen their understanding of the Bible. The program can offer age-appropriate teaching and activities that help children to learn and apply the teachings of Jesus to their lives.
VBS can also provide a sense of community and fellowship among the children who participate, as well as with the adults who lead and organize the program. It can be a time for children to make new friends and build relationships with other kids who share their faith.
