Joshua W. Speights was called to Pastor Neabsco Baptist Church in October 2007 and was installed in April of 2008. He and his wife are celebrating being Pastor and First Lady of Neabsco Baptist Church.

Neabsco Baptist Church is interwoven with the events that took place in Virginia and throughout our country. Even in the midst of the Civil War, that lasted from April 12, 1861 to May 26, 1865, our forefathers practiced their faith in God.

Rubbie is dedicated to the vision & mission of Neabsco it's evident by integrity & unwavering determination! She's a role model to young ladies and provides leadership to the Women of the Word ministry.

Deacons and Deaconesses are required to be men and women of integrity so that God gets the glory as they serve.

“Likewise must the deacons be grave, not double tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre; Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience. And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless. Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.” (1 Timothy 3:8-11)
