Freedom in Christ - Restoring Hope
Behind the Walls
As Christians, we firmly believe that no one is beyond the reach of God's redemptive grace. In Matthew 25:36, Jesus gives a profound command: "I was in prison and you came to visit me."
Our Prison Ministry answers this call by taking the transformative light of the Gospel directly into local and state correctional facilities. We exist to bring hope to the hopeless, reminding those who are incarcerated that their past mistakes do not dictate their future in Christ.
We believe that while physical freedom may be restricted, spiritual freedom is available to everyone through Jesus.
Our Core Focus Areas:
- Evangelism & Discipleship: Leading dynamic Bible studies, worship services, and one-on-one prayer sessions inside the walls to foster genuine salvation and deep spiritual growth.
- Reentry Mentorship: Walking alongside returning citizens as they transition back into society. We provide spiritual accountability and connect them with practical resources to ensure a successful, faith-rooted fresh start.
- Family Restoration: Extending compassion, prayer, and tangible support to the spouses and children of the incarcerated, helping to heal broken family bonds and offering a loving, judgment-free church community.
The Gospel breaks chains that iron and steel cannot. If you have a heart for redemption and a desire to share God's unconditional love with those society often forgets, there is a place for you on this vital team. Join us as we carry the light of Christ into the darkest places.
