Neabsco Baptist Church is excited to announce the upcoming Community Festival scheduled to be held Saturday, June 17, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  

Theme: “Our Community Persevering Through Times of Peril” 

Bible Verse: “And let us not be weary in well doing; for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”  (Galatians 6:9)  

The community festival is an opportunity for the community to come together and celebrate the power of the gospel through music, dance, games, and community outreach.  

We would like to extend an invitation to you to be a vendor at the festival.  The registration fee is $55 per 10 X 19-foot space.  This event will be open to the community and local churches will be invited to attend/participate. This outdoor event will be held rain or shine.

If you would like to be participate as a vendor, please complete the registration form (click here to download), and return it along with your payment or online (click online) registration & payment is available.

NOTE: Everyone must complete the Release of Liability form (download or online).

Please make your check payable to Neabsco Baptist Church.  Mail payment and registration form to Neabsco Baptist Church, Attn:  Community Festival, 15545 Cardinal Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22193.  Payments may be made online during registration.  All registrations and payments must be received by

June 12, 2023.
